The flat has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and the second a single bedroom, there is a good size living area, and an over the bath shower and kitchen. The property has use of a small private balcony to provide some compact outside space. It is situated close to local shops, post office, The Arc community hub, schools and colleges. It is a short drive from the supermarkets, retailers and the motorway. There is a parking area by the block of flats, this is not designated. Door entry systems are in place meaning only permitted personnel can access the building making it a safe place to live, there is a lift to all floors, but you must be able to use the stairs in an emergency and be able to self-evacuate.
