It has a pretty country garden to the rear. A maximum of two pets are permitted. The village is ideally situated for easy access to both Scunthorpe, Brigg and Lincoln. Please bear in mind, on street parking is a short walk from the property. We will give priority to applicants who are over the age of 50 then those that can demonstrate a medical need for ground floor accommodation.
